My most recent example is a bulb in our home theatre projector that went out at 3pm on Friday, September 1st, 2006 prior to a pre VT football season kickoff party. After calling you on your personal cell phone, JJ was there by 5pm the same day and diagnosed the problem. By 9am Saturday (Game Day) JJ and Mitch were at my house with a replacement bulb flown in from California and we were back up and watching football upon our return from Blacksburg!

Such service is refreshing and should become more widespread.

"I thought a note is definitely called for this holiday season. We got back to Winston-Salem with the 705s and set them up, and I must say, they were worth waiting for! My command of the English language is not good enough to know the superlatives necessary to describe our experience upon first hearing these speakers! Having spent most of my life playing in orchestras and playing movie scores, I have always known B&W speakers, but these remonded me of those days because they so faithfully reproduce the sounds that I have known and loved for many years.
